Body camera footage shows Aurora City Councilmember’s DUI arrest

Aurora City Councilmember Rob Andrews, who was elected in November, was arrested on Jan. 17 on suspicion of DUI. When he was arrested, a breathalyzer test showed Andrews’ breath alcohol content as 0.252 grams of alcohol per 210 liters of breath, more than three times the legal driving limit, police said.
