WATCH | Connecting Colorado: Questions and answers from COVID-19 town hall with Gov. Polis

Gov. Jared Polis joined 9NEWS anchor Kyle Clark for a one-hour town hall Tuesday night to discuss the state’s response to COVID-19. All questions for the town hall come from more than 500 questions that were submitted by residents around Colorado.

It was confirmed on March 5 that Colorado had its first official case of COVID-19. In the month since, that number has grown by thousands, and there are surely more cases going undetected. Hundreds of Coloradans have been hospitalized and the state’s death toll passed 100 on Friday.

To read the questions, find the full transcript on the KUSA web site.

KUSA anchor Kyle Clark speaks with (from left) Gov. Jared Polis, Betsy Markey, executive director, Office of Economic Development and International Trade, and state epidemiologist Dr. Rachel Herlihy.
