Women’s Chamber names its Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Business | NONPROFIT REGISTER

News: State Rep. Jamie Jackson, Denver City Council president Amanda Sandoval, Patty Salazar, executive director of the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, and Lisa Roy, executive director of the Colorado Department of Early Childhood, are among the 25 Most Powerful Women in Business for 2025, a group chosen by the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce.
They, along with Legacy Award recipient Donna Lynne, will be honored at I Am Legendary, an Aug. 21 gala to be held in Seawell Ballroom in the Denver Performing Arts Complex.
Simone D. Ross, the chamber’s chief executive officer, describes this year’s class as a group “Committed to advancing women in business and promoting equity in the workplace. We have a truly balanced representation of women leaders from a wide variety of backgrounds, industries, ages and titles who represent the force and growth of female progress and influence in our community.”
Lynne, the chief executive officer at Denver Health, formerly served as Colorado’s lieutenant governor and chief operating officer and as president of Kaiser Permanente Colorado.
“From the boardroom to the state capitol, Donna has used every platform she’s had to drive better outcomes for Coloradans, especially women, families and underserved communities. Her visionary leadership and unwavering dedication to economic inclusivity and healthcare access are what the Legacy Award is all about.”
