The Pueblo Chieftain: Fly from Pueblo

If you’re an airline traveler, your reasons for choosing not to fly out of Pueblo Memorial Airport are disappearing fast.

Maybe in the past, you avoided flying out of Pueblo because turboprop airplanes make you nervous. That’s no longer an issue since Sky West Airlines, operating as United Express, brought regular passenger jet service to the airport last year.

Maybe you were leery about flying out of Pueblo because you thought it would be more expensive than flying directly out of Denver or Colorado Springs. But now fares have dropped so you can get a one-way ticket from Pueblo to Denver for only $29. A round-trip ticket from Pueblo to Los Angeles will only set you back $136. And great fares are available for travel to other places around the country.
