Here are legislative committee hearings and other events of note for the week ahead for the Colorado General Assembly.

Bills listed below may not be the only items considered by a committee during the hearings. 

NOTE: This week, the House will begin working on the 2024-25 budget, known as the Long Appropriations Bill. The bill is likely to be introduced late Monday, with the measure and its accompanying balancing bills to be heard by the House Appropriations Committee on Tuesday or Wednesday.

House caucuses will then review the measure with their Joint Budget Committee members, and the bill will be heard on second reading the following day and a final vote the day after. 

The General Assembly is closed for Good Friday, March 29.
