Officials on Friday released a list of which hospitals, health care facilities and local health departments will receive Colorado’s first coronavirus vaccine.

Nearly 47,000 doses of the Pfizer vaccine could arrive in Colorado within a week, the Colorado Department of public health.

Officials said more than 95,000 doses of a vaccine by Moderna could arrive about a week after that.

The vaccines require two doses that are administered three weeks apart.

“The state determined the number of doses going to each location by surveying facilities’ needs,” the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment said in a news release.

“Many of the doses allocated to local public health agencies will be administered to health care workers at local hospitals that do not have the capability to store vaccine.”
