Meg Dubray joins Axiom Politics

Colorado statehouse veteran Meg Dubray has a new gig: joining the venerable Axiom Politics.

The Denver-based firm notified its clients in an email last week.

Dubray, the former spokesperson for the Colorado House Democrats, departs the firm of Colorado Communique, where she lobbied such clients as Walmart, CenturyLink and Colorado Public Employees Retirement Association.

She has worked on high-profile political campaigns and did PR work with Aiello Public Relations and Marketing for a list of clients that includes JE Dunn Construction, Oakwood Homes, Dunkin’ Donuts, Denver Union Station and the Jewish Community Center.

Before coming to Colorado, she interned for CNN and Time Warner’s public relations departments and worked in the marketing department for Inside CNN. She also worked in the oil and gas industry in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, before joining the Austin-based political communications and strategic consulting firm Message, Audience & Presentation (MAPwins). She later worked for the Oklahoma Policy Institute and the Oklahoma Democratic Party.
