The Pueblo Chieftain: CSU-Pueblo’s hunt for more students

Administrators at Colorado State University-Pueblo want more students to go to their university. So they’re bringing the university to those students.

CSU-Pueblo has opened “university tracks centers” at schools within both of the local districts. Grand opening celebrations were held last week at Pueblo City Schools’ (D60) East High School and Pueblo County School District 70’s Pueblo West High School.

These centers will be places where high school students can get information about the college admissions process, as well as how to apply for scholarships and other financial aid.
