House Agriculture, Livestock and Natural Resources, 1:30 p.m., Room 271

House Bill1226 to make daylight saving time year-round standard, if voters approve in in 2018 and when other states on Mountain Standard Time also switch.

Senate Judiciary, 1:30 a.m., Room 352

House Bill 1038 banning corporal punishment in schools and juvenile facilities.

House Education, 1:30 p.m., Room 112

House Bill 1210 to bar expulsion for preschool through second-grade and limited expelled periods to three days.

Senate Business, Labor and Technology, 2 p.m., Room 357

House Bill 1123 to allow local governments to extend bar hours past 2 a.m.

Senate Bill 157 to require a majority of homeowners in an condo HOA to agree to a construction defects lawsuit.

Tuesday

Senate Bill 55 prohibiting mandatory participation in a labor union.

Senate Bill 120 requiring U.S  citizenship to be a Colorado peace officer.

Senate Bill 200 to provide financial incentives for top-performing school districts by redirecting existing budget money.

House Bill 1035 to allow victims of sex assault or stalking to break their leases.

House Bill 1001 to grant parental work leave attend school activities.

House Bill 1162 to cancel a person’s driver’s license for unpaid traffic violations.

House Bill 1230 to “protect Colorado residents from federal government overreach” based on “ethnicity, national origin, immigration status, or religious affiliation.”
