Colorado Springs Downtown Partnership opens up public survey

The Colorado Springs Downtown Partnership is gathering input from the public on changes they would like to see to the city’s downtown.

The online survey is the latest initiative in the Downtown Partnership’s “Experience Downtown” master planning process, designed to bring more foot traffic, business activity and public safety downtown.

Other projects include expanded outdoor dining space, lowering of parking costs and a greater community focus on catching criminals.

Included in the 10-minute survey are questions about the strengths and weaknesses of the downtown district as well as safety and navigability. Participants who complete it are entered into a chance to win a $50 Downtown Colorado Springs gift card.

The survey will be open to the public until March 5.
