VIDEO: ‘Dreamers’ in Colorado Springs give perspective on immigration debate

 

The future of DACA and hundreds of thousands of ‘Dreamers’ is the latest hot-button issue in the decades-long debate over immigration reform in the United States.

The Gazette interviewed several Colorado Springs residents personally affected by DACA. They offered perspective on the immigration debate and what America means to them.

As of January, there were 15,430 DACA recipients in Colorado.
