Appointments for COVID-19 vaccine open in Douglas County this weekend

Douglas County residents eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine can now schedule an appointment to receive the vaccine this weekend in Castle Rock.

The county plans to distribute 1,000 of the new, one-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine this weekend on Saturday and Sunday at the Douglas County Fairgrounds.

County residents who are eligible for the vaccine are encouraged to sign up for an appointment time between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. on either day.
