FEEDBACK | House impeachment vote fulfills Founders’ fears

On Dec. 18, the Democratic majority of the U.S. House of Representatives vindicated both our Founding Fathers and historian Alexis De Tocqueville (“Democracy in America”) when they warned of the “Tyranny of the Majority.”  Blocking any majority from harming our country and our people was one of the main goals of our Founding Fathers.

This is also the reason for the Electoral College. Can anyone even imagine the chaos and oppression that would ensue should a simple majority be allowed to govern this country?
