House Bill 1197 to exclude marijuana from the definition of farm products

House Bill 1220 to prevent marijuana diversion to the illegal market

House Bill 1221 on gray and black market marijuana enforcement grants.

House Bill 1138 to require the Colorado Department of Public Safety to review law enforcement reports to ensure hate crimes are reported accurately

House Bill 1151 to classify and regulate electric bicycles.

Wednesday

House Bill 1203 to allow municipalities and counties, under certain circumstances, to impose a special tax on retail marijuana with voter approval.

Senate Bill 17 to allow medical marijuana use for acute stress and post-traumatic stress treatment

Senate Education, upon adjournment, Room 352 

Senate Bill 200 to award 1 percent of the state education budget to the top 20 performing school districts as an incentive for excellence

House Bill 1122 making it easier for transgender people to amend their birth certificates

House Bill 1188 to add sexual orientation and physical disability to the list of state law’s list of bias-motivated crimes
