One take w/Peter & Joey: …So, is bipartisanship dead or alive?

ColoradoPolitics.com’s Peter Marcus is pretty frustrated these days by all the on-again-off-again talk of bipartisanship in the 2017 legislative session. Do lawmakers mean it, or don’t they? Opening week, they were flying high with kumbayas all around; one week later, House Republicans already had accused ruling House Democrats of standing bipartisanship before a firing squad after the House speaker had sent several signature GOP bills to a “kill committee.”

Ah, but CP’s Joey Bunch sees a ray of hope. Not only does he seem to think bipartisan deals may well emerge on key initiatives despite the early-session friction – but there’s also Romeo & Juliet to consider. Huh? Watch the video.
