WATCH LIVE: House Republicans hold press conference as budget talks continue

House Republican leaders are speaking to the press from Capitol Hill as both chambers of Congress push their budget plans.

House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA), House Majority Leader Steve Scalise (R-LA), House Majority Whip Tom Emmer (R-MN), and House GOP Conference chairwoman Lisa McClain (R-MI), are expected to speak to the press at 10 a.m.

HOLDOUTS PUT HOUSE BUDGET RESOLUTION IN JEOPARDY OVER SPENDING CUTS

The press conference comes after the House GOP’s conference meeting and as Republican leaders in the chamber attempt to keep their budget proposal alive with their narrow majority in the chamber.
