The Republican vice presidential candidate will deliver remarks at Union Hall in downtown Raleigh. Former President Donald Trump recently visited the state in July but is expected to hold a rally in Wilmington on Saturday.

Vice President Kamala Harris campaigned in Charlotte last week. Her running mate, Gov. Tim Walz (D-MN), also visited North Carolina this week, stopping in Asheville on Tuesday.
