Meg Dubray, a veteran statehouse lobbyist with the Colorado firm Axiom Politics, is taking on a new role for Axiom client Qualtrics, leading its national government affairs.

She begins the transition to the in-house position with Qualtrics in mid-September.

The software company, based in Seattle and Provo, Utah, provides a platform that helps clients measure and respond to data involving customers, employees, their product and their brand.

Dubray represented Qualtrics as part of her work for Axiom Politics.

Before joining Axiom a year ago, Dubray was a contract lobbyist who partnered with Axiom on such clients as the Colorado Public Employees Retirement Association, Notarize, Colorado Association for Health Care Access, Aurora Chamber of Commerce and GOAL Academy.

As a contract lobbyist, she also has represented Walmart, CenturyLink, Springleaf Financial and Smoker Friendly.

Dubray characterized her Axiom co-workers as “extended family,” singling out the firm president, Micki Hackenberger.

“I would not have earned this opportunity if it wasn’t for the training and guidance of Micki, and in my new role, I am happy to say we will still be working with the Axiom team to achieve Qualtrics’ goals in Colorado,” Dubray said.

“Meg is a talented team member who has been a great asset to the Axiom team, and I’m happy we will still be working closely with her,” Hackenberger said in the statement. “I have always created a working environment that cultivates talent and encourages my team to be top-performing.

“Although it is a loss to see talented team members leave, it’s a testament to the training we work hard to provide when team members receive life-changing professional opportunities.”
