The Pueblo Chieftain: Leading in reefer research

Leadership of Colorado State University-Pueblo’s Institute of Cannabis Research has been passed around like a joint at a campfire.

Chad Kinney, chairman of the university’s chemistry department, recently agreed to become the institute’s director.

Kinney follows former director Rick Kreminski, who decided to return to work in the university’s math department. Kreminski followed Wendy MacColl, who followed Jen Mullen.
