WATCH: Aurora’s new mayor on Amazon, red-light cameras, and Steve Hogan’s legacy

Aurora’s new, temporary mayor – Bob LeGare – actually gave up some power when he got the job. The city council sets policy, and elected one of its own to the largely ceremonial role.

In an interview with Kyle Clark, LeGare shared his vision for the city – including whether the job of mayor should be more powerful and if Amazon.com Inc. should be in his city’s future.
