House Bill 1252, barring the sale of academic materials for use at colleges and universities; makes sales of academic papers, exam questions and the like a misdemeanor.
House Bill 1276, requires teaching the history, culture, and contributions of American Indians, Hispanic Americans, African Americans, and Asian Americans in public school civics or history classes.
