Colorado Republican Party plans campaign school next weekend
The state Republican party will teach candidates, activists and anyone else who pays $75 how to campaign in Colorado on July 14.
The training is from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in the Denver Tech Center.
The campaign school will cover:
“The state party will always be available to support candidates and campaigns, but people want to be self-reliant,” Daniel Cole, spokesman for the state Republican Party, told Colorado Politics. “The goal of campaign schools is to equip political aspirants and operatives with the tools they need to succeed.
“As the adage goes, we’re teaching people how to fish instead of feeding them. That being said, lunch is included with the price of admission.”
