The Grand Junction Daily Sentinel: Horror in a small town

We now know how events unfolded on a marijuana and vegetable farm outside of Norwood that led to the horrific deaths of two young girls last year.

But we’ll never understand why. Cult behavior rarely makes sense to anyone who isn’t steeped in the myth-making of a charismatic leader. The best we can do is try to understand what happened with the hope that future tragedy can be averted.
