The Grand Junction Daily Sentinel: Bully video exposes depths of problem

There’s a reason local law enforcement received hundreds of reports of a Grand Junction High School student physically assaulting a classmate.

For one thing, the altercation was video-recorded and posted by someone to the internet. The incident happened on Monday and had been viewed more than 700,000 times by late Tuesday.

With those kind of numbers, we would have expected a few dutiful citizens to err on the side of caution and make sure the authorities were aware of a clear case of bully behavior.
