Upcoming ‘Spirit of America’ rallies will include Colorado
Here’s a change of pace: A nationwide rally in support of President Trump.
According to advance publicity for the Feb. 27 event, Tea Party national co-founder Debbie Dooley helped organize the planned “Spirit of America” rallies when “she grew disheartened by the mass deception undermining the president and his policies.” Hence, the rallies, including in Colorado, “in support of President Donald J. Trump and his America-First Policies.”
Colorado’s will be noon on the 27th in Denver on the Capitol’s West Steps.
Here is more from the event’s press release:
Heading up the effort in Colorado is Betty Blanco of La Junta, a retired teacher, and Founder of the Arkansas Valley Tea Party Patriots-CO.
“I am proud to lead the charge here in Colorado. We come together as a truly organic grassroots movement in support of President Trump and his policies as stated in his ‘Contract with the American Voter’,” says Blanco. “The rallies will be positive, patriotic and uplifting.”
Margo Knutson, co-Founder of Coffee4Conservatives, is heading up the Spirit of America rally in Denver.
“As an involved conservative activist in Douglas County since the tea party wave, I am honored to help coordinate the Spirit of America rally in Denver for February 27. It is always humbling to stand shoulder to shoulder with like-minded patriots to let our voice of freedom ring all the way back to the capitol in D.C. It is imperative that we let the Trump administration know that we support the America First agenda and that we are here en masse, big league, to do what we can to help Make America Great Again,” Knutson said.”
