Noonan: Gender and age shifts in voter registration likely to affect tight races
Colorado’s middle-aged citizens, the 41-60 cohort, decreased by almost 46,500 active voters from 2012 to 2016. Republicans lost 26,166 in that group and Democrats lost 20,280. Where did they go?
