President Joe Biden is delivering remarks from Georgia on recovery efforts in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene.

Biden is visiting states affected by the storm about a week after it landed. He pledged that the federal government would pay “100%” of recovery costs in North Carolina for six months and Florida and Georgia for 90 days.

Hurricane Helene has killed over 200 people in the southeastern United States.
