The Pueblo Chieftain editorial: Bravo, Garcia and Crowder

We applaud state Sens. Leroy Garcia, D-Pueblo, and Larry Crowder, R-Alamosa, for voting to represent their constituents and not a Denver-based agenda.

Last week, the Colorado Senate confirmed Wendy Moser and Jeff Ackermann in their seats on the Colorado Public Utilities Commission.

Moser, a former Black Hills Energy lawyer, was confirmed on a 30-4 vote Friday. Ackermann, the new PUC chairman, was confirmed on a vote of 26-8.

They now join Commissioner Frances Koncilja in making up the three-member commission.
