Letter: Hineser says Hudak criticism of article wrong on all counts

I applaud The Colorado Statesman for giving ex-senator Evie Hudak the opportunity to express her opinion [in a letter to the editor in the June 19 edition, “Hudak disputes phrasing in article on SD 19 race”]; even though she was wrong with virtually every statement.How anyone can present Common Core as purely “state standards” is absurd when So much federal money is tied to the “Gates Foundation” and other entities tied to Race to the Top and other government mandates. There is government money involved…therefore it is a federal program, even if disguised and indirect. And yes, it was the pro-Second Amendment citizens who deposed her.
