A commuter rail connecting Denver to Thornton is delayed again.
RTD announced Tuesday that the new opening date for the rail will be May or August of 2020, reports 9News. The project was originally set to finish in 2018.
Once complete, the bus will run between Denver, Commerce City, Northglenn and Thornton.
An opening date will not be narrowed down until tests are done for grade crossing, and positive train control and other "specific milestones" are reached, according to a statement from RTD General Manager Dave Genova to 9News.
The N Line is part of RTD's FasTracks program to expand transportation options around Denver.
