U.S. Rep. Elijah Cummings, a Maryland Democrat, died on Thursday at the age of 68. Cummings, who represented Baltimore in Congress for more than 23 years, was the chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Reform, leading recent investigations into the Trump administration.
