We’d like to give University of Colorado-Boulder Chancellor Phil DiStefano an ‘A’ for effort.

DiStefano was in town this week, along with his athletic director, head football coach, and men’s and women’s head basketball coaches, for an event held at the Union Depot. The primary purpose of the CU delegation’s visit was to promote the Buffaloes athletic programs, as it’s doing in other parts of the state.

However, DiStefano also took the time to meet with our editorial board to discuss a wide range of other topics, including everything from the growth of some of the university’s academic programs to its efforts to provide a secure campus for students.
