The Western Conservative Summit in Denver June 8-9 will step into the national gun debate this year. Organizers tell Colorado Politics  the list of speakers has grown to include Dana Loesch, the ubiquitous spokeswoman for the National Rifle Association.

And that ain’t all. The Friday night roster includesParkland, Fla., high school shooting survivor Kyle Kashuv, who said he was questioned by school security officers after he posted about his support for gun rights and the Constitution on social media , along with photos of himself at a gun range. He’s been a celebrity in conservative circles ever since.

“The Western Conservative Summit is committed to defending the Second Amendment and Americans’ God-given right to defend themselves against government tyranny,” said Jeff Hunt, vice president of public policy for the Centennial Institute, the conservative think tank at Colorado Christian University that sponsors the summit.

The annual gathering in Denver is billed as the largest mishmash of conservatives outside the Washington Beltway. It’s held at the Colorado Convention Center with speakers, vendors, workshops and discussions of conservation policy, plus “priceless networking,” organizers promise.

Information about tickets can be found by clicking here.

All four Republican candidates for governor on the June 26 primary are scheduled to speak. Walker Stapleton and Doug Robinson will be on stage Friday, while Victor Mitchell and Greg Lopez speak on Saturday.

George Brauchler, the only Republican running for Colorado attorney general, also is on Friday’s schedule.

We told you last month that actor Kirk Cameron and YouTube stars Diamond and Silk are coming. The list keeps growing.
