For the second time this year, Bill Folk, president of Homer Reed Ltd., has boarded up his windows. During the social unrest of the Summer, his windows were broken out and merchandise stolen. He boarded up his windows again for a second time for fear of violence, but still stayed open for business on Election Day in Denver on Tuesday, Nov. 3. 2020.
